If the buyer's order is shipped and gets returned to us, the buyer is responsible to pay for another shipment to be made if they wish to get the item re-shipped.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated to replace missing item(s) that we’re marked as ”delivered” on your order tracking. We suggest contacting your local post office and file a claim on your missing item(s).

All orders are automatically processed thru Shopify. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, if your refund has been approved you will be responsible to pay the fees that we're occured with your order, and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
